In this video, I’ll walk you through how I use Keyboard Maestro to automatically insert images into a spreadsheet. It’s incredibly useful when you’re dealing with a large number of thumbnails, especially when prepping an Online, VFX, or Continuity Spreadsheet. Instead of manually uploading each image one by one, this macro handles all the repetitive work for you.
Alongside walking you through the macro, I also share some quick tips on pulling the key information you need from Avid and dropping it into an Online spreadsheet. It adds a bit of context for how the macro fits into a real-world workflow, and why it can save so much time on actual jobs.
